International Tennis Integrity Agency (ITIA) har shut out Argentine player Franco fat for life after admitting nine events with match fixing between 2014 and 2018.

Fat, which had the highest ATP single ranking of 920, was found to have broken section D.1.B in 2018 Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP) five times. This one says that no players should try to manipulate the result of a match.

He was also found to have broken section d.1.e three times. This rule says no players should ask another not to play at their best.

Fat last accusation was for violating section d.2.a.i, which requires players to report all cases of attempts at match fixing to ITIA.

Anti-corruption responsible Raj Parker decided to exclude fat on April 12, specifying that he will not be allowed to play in or participate in tennis events sanctioned by tennis-controlling bodies.

In addition, the fat was fined $ 25,000.

The news comes after ITIA gave such a three -year ban on Slovak tennis player Barbora Palcatova to fix matches. Palcatova was the tenth player who received a ban from Itia this year.

In January, ITIA banned lifetime ban on Russian tennis players Sofia Dmitrieva and Alija Merdeeva, who had also participated in match fixing.
